  • The Confident AF Membership was created to help you improve all areas of your life by increasing your confidence to go after what you want and whilst you may notice some significant changes within a month, from my own experience, you'll receive a much deeper transformation when you remain in a coaching container like Confident AF for an extended period of time. You'll have the option to extend your time in the membership if you choose to.

  • Telegram is a free app that you'll need to download (similar to Whatsapp or Voxer). Once you've submitted your question, you'll receive your coaching support via a Telegram Broadcast Channel. Within the private channel, I'll coach members of Confident AF via a mixture of messages and voice notes.

  • The best thing about Confident AF is that you don't need a lot of time. There's no weekly workshops to catch up on, no live calls to try and make, no hours of video to watch before we start. All you need to do is find a couple of minutes a week to submit your coaching question. Your question will be answered in depth via the private Telegram Broadcast Channel within 24 hours Mon-Thurs, and then it's up to you when you check that container.

    Confident AF is really about providing you with the best coaching support possible in the easiest way so you can receive the benefits of personalised confidence coaching without having to dedicate any of your already busy schedule to it.
